Your work will consist of:
-Communicating with customers in person and over the phone
-Quickly and accurately diagnosing their tech issues
-Providing them with repair options - explaining complex tech issues simply
-On site visits
-Recording and updating ticket information on each repair
-Opening and closing till
-Inventory: Count, maintain adequate number of parts, and record incoming inventory.
-Will report on-the-ground insights to regional manager in regards to marketing, customer service, and inventory.

TECHNICAL SKILLS EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS :
Cell Phone Repairs
BGE / Reballing
RMM tools and PSA software
Tablet and Drone Repairs
Low Voltage / Data wiring
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Certifications and degrees would serve as an added advantage for applicants, but aren’t necessary. Strong character fit with wide range of experience is essential.
